Declaring bankruptcy is not a pleasant experience, however with the help and support we received from Jerry Lowe and his staff (Efren specifically) we had the best experience I think possible. I went to Jerry in an effort to avoid bankruptcy, or at least have him negotiate better terms for paying off my debt. Jerry was very knowledgeable and it was clear he was a very experienced attorney. He knew right away what lenders would be willing to negotiate settlements and those that would not. Turns out, he was exactly right on all counts. One company refused any offers. But, the others Jerry worked with, he was able to negotiate very(!) reasonable settlement offers. With Jerry, I avoided bankruptcy and was able to pay off some of my larger debt so I can now begin to rebuild my credit rating

I started my Chapter 7 case in July 2015. I worked mostly directly with Efren, under the direction of Mr. Lowe, who did an exceptional job. He was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The trustee prolonged (not the fault of Mr. Lowe's Office) my case for particular reasons, but eventually discharged my debt and closed the case.
