Our downtown lofts are in historic and contemporary, architect-designed buildings and our apartments and houses are in established residential neighborhoods. We started in the Columbia apartment rental business forty years ago.
There's been a lot of growth and change in the city, and how things are done, but we still believe in the basics: to be helpful and professional. Despite the ease of the web, we're delighted that new tenants often come to us through recommendations. And, as much as we love students and millennials, we understand there are many other Columbia residents who want to start over, downsize, or simplify their lives by renting.

I worked with Lanette when moving in to my new place. Despite me being sporadic, giving her short notice and being relentless with my questions she was very prompt and thorough in helping me!

Downgraded rating because of slow response time on matters. Lanette left shortly after I moved in. Now when I bring up issues (which are rare) it takes a while to get a response. I've been waiting 6 months to get my vents cleaned because of black soot that is building up everywhere. I'm breathing this stuff in daily and haven't seen any progress in getting someone in to clean them.

I’d stay far away from this company. They have incredibly horrible attitudes, slow response, and don’t know how to get properties ready for rental.
I had a lease signed with deposit paid for a “luxury loft”, on move in day the property was not ready.
It reeked of dog urine from last owner and they only tried to mask the smell with air fresheners, that didn’t work.
The sliding door screens were torn, didn’t close properly, and one fell off when sliding. Light bulbs were missing, vent fans didn’t work in the bathrooms, the carpets were frayed, and they painted it a color I didn’t

Can't recommend them after a negative experience with the owner Carol. I can say they don't know how to clean and prepare properties for lease, and super fortunate I backed out after they failed to deliver the property on the day of my lease in proper order. I got slow responses, sometimes no reply on weekend. The property manager Lanette seems too busy for all that she manages, but was definitely nicer than the owner who made comments about my age and stated I don't know what luxury is.
