I suffered painful nerve damage which only acupuncture could relieve. After my nerve pain was taken care of, I really liked the Chinese paradigm of cultivating health as you would cultivate a garden. So I would continue to come in about once a month. Slowly over time, I noticed I didn't need my allergies shots or my allergy meds, and I stopped catching every bug that came around.

Martha is a compassionate healer and stayed late to take me on as a new patient last-minute when I was having numbness and tingling pain in my neck, back, arms and hands. I felt better after the first treatment and it was nearly gone within a week of treatments, and I know it would have been gone sooner I hadn't needed to keep doing hard labor that aggravated it. My very first appointment I came in a sobbing mess! I was searching for anything other than prescription pills to help treat my anxiety. Martha took the time to hear my issues and give me a way out. I have been seeing Martha for several weeks now due to chronic lower back pain from a military injury. I was blown away from the first visit.
