Having a strong business background prior to getting into Real Estate, I have always been attracted to the idea of making my own brand. One of the toughest decisions any aspiring entrepreneur has to make is the timing of leaving the relative comfort of their current position. Not surprisingly, it took us some time to fully commit to the idea of starting our own firm.

I am a proud 7th generation Henderson County native. I am a product of Henderson County Public Schools and attended UNC-Asheville and A-B Technical Community College.
Henderson County is located in Western North Carolina in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hendersonville, the county seat, is 22 miles south of Asheville and 15 miles north of the North-South Carolina border. Hendersonville is known for its 4 Seasons due to the plateau it sits upon at approximately 2,200 feet above sea level making it a destination for people looking for fall leaves, mild summers, spring blooms, and winters with the occasional snow.

The biggest challenge we faced in our home buying process was the competition. Since covid, the housing market has been a bit crazy. Houses listed in the morning had multiple offers and bidding wars by the afternoon. Jill did everything in her power to help us be competitive in that market. She was always right there each time a new house became… available, and she always knew exactly what we needed to offer to have a fighting chance.
