Vista developers is a good company that allows you to make changes to the design of your house but falls short on resolving issues after you have moved into your home.
I moved into my new home in October of 2020 and noted some issues as a part of my final construction walkthrough. It has been over 9 months since my walkthrough and these issues are still unresolved.
In April, I submitted a list of issues discovered after living in the home for 6 months to Vista. I have not received any response from them, after 3 months of waiting.
I am approaching the end of my 1 Year Home Warranty term, and

Mom and I can't say enough about the pleasant experience we had building our new Vista home in BSR. Jenny and Melanie were wonderful to deal with and Linda And Ed gave us so much help and guidance! It was Steve Pritchard who made our lot into a home. We are grateful for all of you and highly recommend this builder🌻

My husband and I came to Western NC to find a home or lot to build on in late 2016. After months of searching we found Vista Developers. They had amazing lots with breathtaking views! We chose to buy one of those and build our dream home...
The developer Ed Nunez, has gone out of his way to assist us in every possible way. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help has made this building experience exceptional!

We were looking to buy a mountian view lot.but were not allow to enter the property without a realtor. PLEASE! How stupid. Trying to sell lots but don't allow people to take a look without a realtor. No temporary pass allowed even though we offered ID, and were driving a new $50,000 vehicle. We wound up in Tanaka and bought a lot there.
