I would give 0 stars if that was the option they stole my holding deposit and changed my move in date twice. Then told me the apartment MIGHT be ready but not for sure. Moving from the other side of the country with my child I needed something that is for sure especially now that COVID is spiking up again. Got here and found another place when I reached out to them they change their story to the apartment now being ready. Thieves ! I have it all on text how since November they’ve been toying around with the move in date and now all of a sudden is ready and I have forfeited my deposit. STAY AWAY

Been living here for 2+ years now and management is horrible they became prickier after COVID hit, took out all of our physical amenities even after covid restrictions were pulled out, their workers think they can park anywhere and how they want without care and jesus christ the fat little worker always complaining and giving you the evil eye do not recommend this place also they take forever just for basic repairs and sometimes just forget until you keep putting pressure on them!@!

I can't speak of any of the negative reviews. I can only speak of the experiences I've had living in this complex for 11 years. The management has switched up several times in the many years I've lived here. Alot of the negative reviews I read are from older management, not our current management. Stephaine, Claudia and Diane are FANTASTIC! They respond quickly to any requests we need, they return phone calls on a timely manner. They treat us like friends, not just residents. Octavio and his maintenance team are great also. Always quick to assist or answer questions. The grounds are kept clean

Have to say with all these previous reviews, not sure about all that. Since moving in recently, there has not been any problems. Everything is well maintained. I would say the only issue is how you going to give a 3bd apartment 1-gate clicker & than if you want another one you have to pay $30(refundable). That's just crazy! & than 1-Gate Entry Key. Also if you have a 3bd Apartment i thought at least you would have some kind of covered carport. The Parking is set up weird here, but managable. Otherwise overall this place is quiet, no crazy issues. People are friendly & have good looking dogs as

These apartments use to be awesome but new management took security away and because of that my dads car has been broken into 3 times and as of 10/13/19 it was just plain stolen . Keep in mind there is a security gate the I don’t know how they open but managements does not seem to care about This . I actually moved out because my car was broken into once and I know 2 diff people with the same story . Trust me u are better off not renting from here unless u want ur belongings taken .
