There are a number of reasons why you might prefer contact lenses to standard eyewear: a glasses-free look, hassle-free vision correction, wearing non-prescription sunwear and goggles, or the convenience of not having to worry about misplacing your glasses. If you have a high prescription or astigmatism, contact lenses may provide more enhanced vision correction than glasses.

Got in just fine, but the optometrist decided to watch another customers videos about their wedding (after dismissing them) and refusing to service me, I went to the front desk to complain about it and was told "we only have one optometrist".
Well, if you only have one person able to do the work, don't you think they should be doing their work instead of watching videos?
Not the first time this has happened either, multiple broken lenses and having to wait weeks for replacement.
Extremely unprofessional, especially when you yell at clients for bringing up issues.

Scheduled an appointment a MONTH ago. They call me 2 hours before my appointment (on a Wednesday) and tell me "We just found out last week that we don't work with your insurance plan." LAST WEEK? They found out LAST WEEK and wait until the DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT, 2 hours before, to call and tell me? Great way to do business. So glad I took the time off work for the appointment.
