Loved my experience with Michael! He was fabulous. Informational. Kind. He listened to me and what I wanted. Explained the process thoroughly and in a way in which made so much sense to me. The team at LM Salon are just exceptional. Michael (the M) is an expert colorist that will always execute your vision to perfection. I’ve been coming here for 25 years and I have never once been disappointed! I’m going gray and I recently decided to add a little more white to the front. I have extremely dark, almost black hair, and it can be a challenging to bleach. My hair came out beautifully, with not a hint of yellow. If you’re looking for a new hair home, this is it.

I have been going to L&M Salon for over 35 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful to all their clients. The salon looks like a salon you would see on the upper east side in Manhattan. Michael is my hairdresser and I can't say enough about Michael. He is the best colorist and stylist in Bergen County . He discusses your haircut plans and makes suggestions if you are open to them, if not he will do exactly what you want and you will never be disappointed. I have been using this salon for 35 years. They are professional, talented, and work closely with their clients to give a good haircut and their coloring skills are superb. Michael is my guy but in an emergency I have used Vanessa and Tami and they were also great. I get compliments on my hair all the time. The Salon is sophisticated but serene. I was going to this salon faithfully for a few years before I moved to a different area. I've had my hair done by a few of the different stylists there when my regular stylist wasn't there (Michael and Vanessa, they were both excellent).
