Jamie is very kind, honest, knowledgeable and professional! He was able to easily diagnose my laptop issue and confirm what another repair company told me was wrong. After finding out it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop than to replace the mother board he only charged me $25 for looking at it at offered to replace the computer with one of his refurbished ones for a few hundred. I will be buying one from him in the near future!

I also got it one month earlier than the Apple Store was able to get it for me and it was the one with the M1 processor.
