Phenomenal experience and quick-service. This is the second time I've had to use them in many years, but both times they've been exemplary. They take privacy as a very concern, as despite having essentially full access to my digital life during the repair (I was unable to reboot to even close my email, which auto opens on browser launch), they never even so much as opened my web browser. I am impressed.
I contiune to be extremely satisfied with the services they provide: Icon computers is a phenomenal repair shop and an excellent local business.

I was thrilled to find a shop that accepted Apple Care, many years ago when my iMac was new. I have since been back to them several times to do things to my computer that I'm just too tech impaired to do - like set up the Windows platform, remove the Windows platform :p, etc. Now I need more memory, and a few other improvements. I'll be contacting them with no reservations that I'll get quality work.

I've built 7-8 computers by myself at this point, but when something went wrong with one of the old ones that I had given to my brother, they were able to take a look at it for a VERY reasonable price and talk to me about what was wrong and what was salvageable.

Referred to Icon by way of a local Apple Consultant. Got my 8 yr old MacBook running again for the $59 diagnostic fee after Apple Store told me it was too dated for them to service. RAM slot had broken off the board from dropping the computer. Intake was made easy for this old computer novice over the phone by CS staff. Friendly repair tech was available to answer questions at pick-up. Completely satisfied.

This is a wonderful family owned company with great prices and great service. They know what they are doing and even though they do most of their work for larger companies than mine, they treat every individual customer with respect, care and excellent technical service. I've bought several machines from them, and so has my mom. They also do all my repair work. Will never go anywhere else.

I have been doing business with Steve and all the Icon Family for over 15 years. They have been a valuable team in helping me grow my business's and have always been there in case of any emergency. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and been there to complete any project. The have worked on computers, sound system, camera systems and basically anything to do with electronics, and always come through for me.

I have never met a more friendly group of people that go so far above and beyond what is expected of them. They are super knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable in a terribly distressing situation for most (my computer crashing). I took my laptop in an hour before they closed and they got it back to me the next day. They have super reasonable prices and took the time to research warranty information to try to help me out with the cost. I took my main computer in to Icon after I couldn't get in to the Apple store for at least 2 full days. They diagnosed my problem and had my parts and computer back to me before I could even get an appointment at the Genius Bar!
They also found other issues with my hardware that were under warranty so ordered the new parts on my behalf and I'll take the computer back for a couple hours to get upgraded.
