I chose Dave because I was present with him for the inspection on my sons home. I have lived in my current home for 15 years and do not plan to move but wanted a "check up" on my home. David was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. This inspection was well worth the cost as attending to his findings will undoubtedly save me cost of future repairs.

Dave was extremely thorough with his inspection and made sure we understood everything he saw within our home. He was very friendly and informative. Even with limited access in some areas, he let us know all the possibilities for what to expect. Our house did have some limitations for viewing, as no attic access, but he made sure to let us know the possibilities for what we would be looking for. He answered many of our questions before we even asked them! Although there are things in our home that we will need to keep an eye on/look into further, Dave gave us recommendations for the best options

Dave from IHES was very thorough and detailed, as was his report. This is my first time buying a home, and Dave put me at ease with his explanation of items without all of the intimidating jargon. I think the value of his work was absolutely worth it. I’m am extremely happy that my realtor suggested Dave and IHES. I chose Integrity Home Evaluation Services for general home inspection, pest, and radon. It was great working with Dave. From the start, he asked me if I had any particular concerns with the house, and throughout the inspection continued to answer my questions and explained things very well. His inspection, and associated report, was very thorough, and because of this I am confident of the shape and condition of the house. Afterwards, he made sure to reach out and offered to answer any questions about the report. I would definitely work with him again, and would definitely recommend him to anyone
