Chris inspected the well and septic at a home I am preparing to sell. The appointment was conducted at an efficient pace and he was punctual and showed consideration for the value of my time. He followed up via email to keep me informed of the process, and when to expect a response to the report. He answered questions in a way that was easy to understand. Finally he provided me with the results, and a number of internet links to help me learn about what septic systems and wells are all about. I will definitely recommend him to my real estate clients.

Chris is an excellent home inspector, he's looked at small rentals all the way up to luxury properties for my real estate clients. I've found him to reliable, punctual, methodical, thorough, knowledgable and calm in his approach to explaining issues to home buyers. Home inspections can be worrying, Chris gives an excellent review of what needs to be done and helps keep things in perspective. He works incessantly and is always on time. Plus, he's a nice guy. Chris was so great to work with! As first time home buyers, he was very patient, walked us through the process, explained his concerns, and answered all of my 100 questions without hesitation. He was very thorough and we trusted his expertise and guidance. Instead of having two different inspectors he was able to perform the home inspection and the well inspection/water sampling. And within 24 hours, we had a professional, well-written, color-coded report with pictures! We highly recommend his services!

Very positive experience with Chris during the inspection of our first home. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he talked to us every step of the way. We got the complete write up and summary of his findings early the next morning, so we were able to keep the process rolling with no hesitations.
