Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I inquired on an apartment in July after seeing multiple listings. The person that answered seemed annoyed and advised none were available until September. Ive seen other reviews where people were not helped and treated rudely but made to feel like they did something wrong. I believe it’s the business not the customer

I fell in love with a 1br with den apartment at Fairway Vista. I applied and waited to hear back for about a month. I checked in weekly and was told that the approving manager was out of the office and that they would let me know something as soon as they knew. I called weekly to get updates with nothing. Well, today I chose to call corporate. I'm homeless and was trying to get an answer and desperate at this point. The leasing office called me back to tell that me that someone else got that apartment almost A MONTH AGO. Instead of communicating this to me back then- I feel that they gave me the

New Residential Manger Melissa is by far The Best I've encountered!
Recently had the pleasure of meeting her face to face, she is very nice, down to earth and welcoming.
Had some on going maintenance issues, (a list)that had not been addressed or taken care of from previous overseers.
Melissa listened then documented our issues as well as our concerns and assured me every thing would be taken care of as soon as possible. Melissa called the next day to inform us the maintenance problems would be taken care of the next day, to our convenience. To my surprise every issue was fixed within 2 hours

Please note: this is a review ONLY of the townhouse community adjacent to the apartment buildings. My wife and I were tenants for nearly two years and we generally tolerated the place but that's about all. Children are given free reign to use the parking lots as playgrounds. Both of our vehicles sustained, at least, $1000 in body damage during the last six months - scratches and dents - because the office refused to enforce tenant rules governing (kids playing in the) parking lot usage.
