Paul's Trailer Service
For 38 years and counting, Paul's has been proudly and reliably serving the trailer repair needs of the greater Indianapolis area for a customer base that spans North America. The breakdown of equipment can stress out anyone, but when it's your trailer, you need it up and running yesterday. That's why you can trust Paul's Trailer Service, Inc., to provide all your trailer needs.

Our mechanics have the necessary training and skills to get your trailer safely back on the road! Trailers are complicated, heavy pieces of equipment. They require an expert to get the problem diagnosed and repaired, often in a time-sensitive situation. Call us, and we'll start solving your problems today before they steamroll into major problems tomorrow.
Services
If you need an Estimate there is an $80 estimate charge if you choose to not have the work completed here. If our mechanics have to tear down your equipment to assess the problem; their time to take it apart and put it back together will also be charged. If you've paid the $80 estimate charge and decide to have the work done within 30 days of the written estimate, the $80 fee will be refunded toward your final invoice.
Our Parts Department provides a wide selection of OEM and replacement parts to keep your trailer operating at its best. These are just a few of the major and hard-to-find part brands we have on hand to serve you. Whether you need fast, expert installation by our skilled mechanics, or just need parts, we can provide you with IN-STOCK or 1-day service in most cases.
Trailer rental is $150/month with a $150 fully refundable security deposit {if trailer is returned without damage}. For added security for both our trailer and your stored belongings, upon delivery to your site a lock is placed on the trailer's kingpin. Gate access is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight [closed on major holidays].
Just a note of thanks to you and your crew for the excellent job in the repair of my marine transport trailer. It seems we only hear negatives from customers about our work and rarely do people find the time to give any praise. I just wanted everyone at Paul's to know that I do appreciate the great service and helpful friendly attitude.

Tried to Buy Local Gone Wrong. I could have just ordered online.
TLDR; Tried to buy local, cost me 3 wasted weeks of time, $120 to buy the correct U-Bolts, plus the cost of the wrong U-Bolts they sold me.
Ordered upgraded Slipper (leaf) Springs for a trailer. Measured and found an 8 leaf to replace the 6 leaf. Told them the part number for the Spring and asked U-Bolt Kits to match. They said, "No problem, take a week."
4 weeks later, finally have all the parts.
Picked up Friday. The owner calls me ON A SUNDAY, because they forgot to charge me for one of the U-Bolt Kits. Unprofessional.

Worst service I ever got. You may go to this shop if you have no other place to go. Why? Unprofessional, rude and they'll rip you off, (I mean it, look attachments. on "google reviews") They gave me an unclear handwritten estimate for over 9000.00 for trailer brake works, including axel surgery as they said, but in fact, they didn't do that. Long story short after they charge me over 11000.00 for that work. They estimated trailer alignment (believe me or not for over 3000.00) I suspect something wrong and went to another shop and did that job for 244.17. they are freaking liars, just be aware.

Great trailer repair shop. We use and bring them smaller trailers and they tend to work on much larger trailers. Sometimes it takes a while to get the parts in but their work is great and professional. The staff are great and so are the hours. We have used Paul's before, we have two trailers there now, and will use them again!

Paul’s trailer service took excellent care on welding and fabricating a new door hinge on my 16 foot dump trailer. They came from the factory with a defect where the doors would come open when dumping a load. They also replaced all four drums on the trailer and fixed an issue with the trailer tires locking up when braking on my truck. They immediately called me right after I dropped it off and had diagnosed the problem. They work very quick and had my trailer back that night for me. Reasonable price and excellent customer service. Will use again and I highly recommend.

Beware these guys are crooks and there customer service is bad and rude. Mark is really rude saying it is what is and America is a free country and they can charge whatever they want. We took them to get a small hole fixed in our trailer and they made our bill over 500 dollars for a job that would take 1 hour max and They said it took 5 hours and 3 people to fix it Really? Avoid these price gougers. I really regret coming to them if you can go to bonds trailer or any other shop that is reasonable and has good customer service.

Very nice, polite and honest guys...if you want the work done properly you may have to wait depending on the time frame and workers available. This is a family run business. I had the pleasure to talk to Mark and share a laugh or three with him Mark and Paul Jr. Mark is hilarious, professional and so down to Earth I felt like I've known him for years but just met the guy once. The brothers are Doug and Paul Jr. and the father is Paul Sr. Also got to see the fat guard cat which reminded me of Garfield but just a different color. I wish them the well wishes and longevity in their business endeavors
