This dealership is awesome to work with. I ordered a 53' car hauler from Jevin and he was great to work with. The trailer was built right on time. Purchased a trailer less then a year ago. Tried for the last 4 months to get warranty repairs. Keep getting told only the owner Linda can help me and was told she works only 30min- 1 hr a week so Tammy told me good luck. I was told I would be better off taking it to someone else and paying out of pocket because Linda will never take care of this. Place is a scam. Stay Away.

WOW - what an ordeal to get a custom trailer made. Bottom line up front - I DIDN"T!!! I give them a 1 for effort. I started in January and didn't have a final configuration in March. In May, I called the office after several failed communication attempts. I found out the salesman I had been working with was no longer there. The new salesman tried to pick up the pieces, but their policy of passing any price hikes to the customer $UX. NO ONE THERE ADHERED TO THE PRIOR SALESMAN"S AGREEMENTS! My $15K trailer (in January 2021) had suddenly reached $21K AND I was was to pay any of their

Poor customer service and very unprofessional, trailer was built wrong not only once but twice. While bringing all the issues up to the owner of the company they where very unprofessional and hung up on us twice. Trailer was promised to have a few upgrades dome to it and that didn't happen as well as a panel on the front coming off and trailer lights not working. Owner stated the salesman was fired since he didn't deliver as promised and the owner refused to correct the situation. Trailer was ordered from Cali so it's not a short drive to the facility. I have been working with Joey Carson for about 4 months now and he has done a fantastic job in helping me design a custom trailer for a gyroplane. I spoke to several other companies before Millennium and none of those companies could either build a trailer with a 10' ceiling or meet California requirements. I may be jumping the gun here but I had such a great experience I had to share. I have been looking all over for a cargo trailer for over a month not wanting to buy something I was not happy with and regret it later. That is when I ran across Millennium Trailer. What I liked immediately about them was that I could custom order and build a trailer exactly the way I wanted it. I went to their website and selected the items I would like to have and had a quote in less than 24 hours! On November 29 I ordered a 28' trailer with loving quarters that was being built and was to be completed late February to mid March. I gave my credit card information for the $500 down as requested. For the past month I have been in contact to see what else needs to be done and find out when we can pickup our trailer.
The financial man Chuck was being evasive about when it would be done - then started saying up to 16 weeks. I called several times trying to get more info calling my salesperson Zach as I was not getting any information by email as requested. After 3
