My company uses this lot to drop trailers in this garbage place, if it rains heavy it will get flooded, the water could go high as the top of your socks! I called Russell's Trailer asking if somebody could help me to get my trailer, the guys said nobody would do it for free, I told him I only had one pair of shoes and asked if they have any water boots, he laugh and said they have no water boots and I can go barefoot, I didn't think it was funny, you could get a foot infection walking in this nasty water, the five years I been a truck driver I never needed water boots. Truck companies are paying

Our travel trailer started dragging a large metal channel that had come unfastened underneath our trailer. This happened in the middle of Indianapolis on I70. We pulled over, called Russells and their guy was there to help within an hour. He was able to fix our trailer temporarily so we could get home. Everyone we talked to at Russells was very pleasant and helpful. We can't thank them enough for saving the day!
