Pando Family Restaurant

My fiance and I frequent them usually once or twice a month. Usually the place is quiet and the staff is polite. Food is fantastic, though it is a little expensive. Nice place for a date night.

Nice atmosphere, food was good, BUT small portions and food was expensive. To top it off, they charged a 4% service charge to use our credit card. We have NEVER been charged a fee to use any cards at any restaurant ever! The credit card banks only charge 3%, what the hell. The owner is taking another 1%. Instead of giving a 16% tip, I should of only given them 12% to make up for their VERY UNREASONABLE service charge. Will not be returning there!

What a great find! Restaurant stands by itself on the road. Lots of parking. Well maintained and clean. Greeted and seated very quickly by a gentleman who was quirky and fun. Food was amazing. Huge chicken parm, chicken souvlaki, NY strip steak, chicken piccata, and the best patty melt very. Truly a hidden gem!

The customer service is beyond horrible. We ordered food through grubhub, the driver brought us someone else's order. We called the resturant and they said that we needed to bring the food back and pick ours up. The whole point was for us to get food delivered. I called back and stated that they need to call grub hub and have a driver come back and gives us our food and then remake the food and to that was delivered and brought to the correct person. The man in the background said it's not their problem and I need to call grubhub myself and they are to busy. Sorry not my problem. I'm the customer

Great place. Greeter was wonderful, knowledgeable and gave great recommendation for different food choices.

It may have been a bad day for them, but I wasn't impressed. The first issue (my fault, not theirs) was the beer I had. It was one of their 6 options (haze ipa) and I wasn't a fan. Imagine dry grass and pine needles brewed into a beer. We ordered pretzel sticks as an appetizer, and they were raw dough in the center. The Cesar salad I ordered was akin to salt and vinegar lettuce. It was inedible. The waitress got my order wrong, and argued with me about it. She also tried to tell me that what I ordered wasn't on the menu. I asked to see a menu three times before she finally agreed to bring me one

My first time here and I've lived in the area for months. Let me tell you, this place is delicious! I ordered chicken solvaki for take out, inside the restaurant was clean, and the food was great. The chicken was cooked perfect, juicy on the inside and seasoned on the outside. The rice didn't lack flavor. Definitely going back here again!

Highly recommend this place if you're in the area. The staff was adorable, the atmosphere was cozy and cute. The food was spectacular. We'll definitely be returning!

Just got this place today, was happy that we could be there again. And once again, the breakfast here was second to none. My wife and I each had a great meal, getting rid of everything on the plate. Great to see Pandos and his wife again. Can't wait to go back. Attached some photos of the incredible meals.

The food was not only DELICIOUS and reasonably priced but I also really enjoyed how they understood the importance of food presentation (that you "eat" with your eyes before it ever touches your lips).😋🤤
I'd give it 5 stars but the first time our bills were tallied incorrectly.😞
I definitely look forward to returning and hopefully everything will go smoothly so I can bump it up to 5 stars!
