This is the worst company to work with when it comes to customer service, maintenance requests and communication. For starters, when I moved in, the place was a mess. My whole family took an entire day to just clean it to our standards. We had to have multiple maintenance requests to come fix everything that was found broken moving in. I even replaced all the mini blinds and a light fixture with my own money because they were in shambles and no one would come out to look at them. I been working with RentWell more than five years and their service has been great, I strongly recommend especially if you have more than five units and busy with your other job. Best thing is that they have connection with multiple different contractors especially when big repairs needed. They also very efficient on finding new tenants too.

PLEASE RENTERS STAY AWAY FROM Rentwell and their affiliates. They are unprofessional with zero customer services whose goals is to explore their renters of down deposit with unjustifiable reasons. Please and please stay away . I will never recommend anyone to rent here due to their bad business ethic and taking advantage of renters by every means which i called bad business practice. I don't usually post poor reviews however I was so disappointed with the horrible customer service and rudeness that I received from RentWell. I scheduled a self-guided tour for one of their properties so to gain access, I would need to get the key from the lockbox. Fine, no problem. We'll, I received instructions stating that when I arrived at the property, I needed to make sure my GPS and location were on and that a 4 digit code would AUTOMATICALLY be sent to me for me to enter into the lockbox to get the key. Rentwell Property Management took over the duplex I have been renting at about a year ago. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. This Company is the absolute worse, the building I live in the owner had to sell the building as a result of COVID. They completely disregarded me, never communicated with me, I was under a lease and they deleted my account. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, what they do is illegal. The staff is extremely unresponsive and maintenance request go noticed for weeks unless you consistently call and contact. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! You'd be better off being homeless. I've had so many issues with this place, one that's been on going for 6 months!! This is the 4th property manager I'm now dealing with in the 7.5 months I've been living here. Only ONE has been competent enough to actually figure out the problem but, apparently never fixed it before she left or got fired or whatever the case. Now this is still ongoing. I could literally quote Wendy's review below word-for-word- there is something very shady about this company and I would not recommend to anyone. No contact whatsoever or any way to reach them "in person", and their automated system is completely inefficient. Unlike Wendy I did manage to view the house, but all service has been at a standstill since then. I have tried to contact the agent after applying for the house without hearing a human voice (against my better judgement) and two weeks later, have no status as to what the application has resulted in. Such a disappointment, such a waste of time. While searching for rental homes in Delaware I came across a Rentwell property. I answered the required questions and selected a time slot to view the apartment. The last step was to send my drivers license for "verification" purposes . I did so,and soon received a text message saying "we will get back to you shortly". Shortly after sending a pic of my drivers license ... I received a text message saying the viewing is cancelled followed by an email stating that the property is no longer available . How ironic... this same property

RentWell seems to be a scam outfit. I found a property in Delaware that I wanted to see and possibly rent. I contacted RentWell Delaware to make arrangements to tour the property, sent them the information they requested (copy of driver's license, credit score, and answered some questions). Everything checked out positively so they sent me the code to the lock box on the door along with a confirmation of the date and time for the tour. They told me it would be a self-guided tour and I would see the interior of the house on my own. I received another reminder email the morning of the tour.

My Experience with Rentwell has been truly amazing. I am treated with respect and dignity. My Landlord tells me I am considered "Family "not "just a "Renter"...for me that means a lot considering most Rental Agencies are looking to make $$$$. I am currently renting a home through this company and so far so good. My leasing agent Nadia Sherif has truly been a pleasure to work with from the start. It only took a week to get approved and with her help, the process of moving in went fast and smooth.
