This management company has left an entire building in unlivable conditions (no heat, hot water, use of appliances) for over a week. They’ve also left units without air conditioning in the summer and let major leaks go unfixed for months. They completely ignore maintenance requests and the people who pay rent to stay in their buildings. I would advise against using them or staying in a building that they manage if you want a safe, comfortable place to live or want your building managed professionally.

My experience with Mariana Fedoriv (Agent) was AMAZING. She is prompt, an excellent communicator and her response time is phenomenal. This was by far the most seamless, quick and simple process to find an apartment and sign a lease I have ever had. From tour to lease signing was 48 hours and took place over a weekend!!! Elana Bogatova had my lease ready by Monday morning (providing excellent communication and response time as well). Mariana got me my keys right away... and she even waited for me to make sure all my keys worked. I am so grateful to her and Elana. I highly recommend City Wide Property

Since I’ve moved in, they have been unresponsive to the majority of my questions and concerns. Had to update my review to reflect my overall experience.

5 Stars for Andrew Dimino!
I am a busy teacher relocating during a pandemic at the end of a crazy school year. Andrew not only helped me secure the perfect apartment but has been overwhelmingly responsive to any of my questions, comments, and concerns. This was my first time dealing with an agent as opposed to directly with a landlord and I also haven’t had to move in five years. There were a few hiccups along the way, and I was definitely stressed out, but Andrew talked me through everything and helped find a new place in Philadelphia. Very great customer service, very friendly, very knowledgeable

The most unprofessional, rude, money hungry property management company ever. Elana Bogatova, Ms. unprofessional of them all, and then the president and the accountant comes there after. I don't really know much about City Wide Property Management as a company but I want to aim my review at my realtor who's part of their team. After many moves and international changes, I want to thank Andrew Dimino for his great job and for staying on top of things when I was lost and had no idea of what I was I was doing. He went above and beyond and I'm pretty sure he helped me with things beyond his paygrade so I'm thankful. He even received me at the new place with a beautiful plant! Thank you, Andrew. Highly do not recommend this company!! By the time you read this my husband and I may be dead in our apartment in The Breeze Building. The circuit breaker is burning and every time the furnace comes on, the circuit breaker kicks off. It's winter and we can't even heat this place. The "emergency" maintenance phone number goes straight to voicemail and this building doesn't even have a property manager to contact. So RIP to our frozen corpses! After paying $1200 a month in rent, I may now have to pay for a hotel room until this is fixed! And when will that happen?! And since

Had a landlord named Christopher R. Stewart for a unit in West Philly. He was awful - neglectful, unhelpful, accusatory. There was a major leak in my basement bedroom for months, which he ignored. When it rained, the floor would be soaked, ruining my things. He denied that it was a problem at first, then stopped responding to my complaints altogether. Then, he kept some of our security deposit knowing we are poor college grads who couldn't challenge. Exploitative and unprofessional. STAY AWAY

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am so happy I chose not to rent with CWR-- their entire process was incredibly unprofessional, and I can't imagine what it is actually like to be their tenant.
I was shown a home for rental through CWR, and then emailed about submitting an application. I said I would like to submit an application, and put one through (and paid the $55 application fee). Turns out, the person emailing me was from a completely different company that was ALSO listing the home!!! The owner pulled his home from CWR, but according to some contract, CWR could still show it.

As someone who rented with City Wide for a year, I would highly recommend AVOIDING their properties at all cost. I have contacted City Wide multiple times via phone, email, and visited their offices and my issue have been ignored after months of trying to resolve things in a professional manner. This is what you will have to look forward to if you rent from them in Philadelphia. BEWARE!
They will give you the run around and pretend like they can't search through their emails and see how many times you've contacted them about a specific issue. Don't even get me started on the maintenance

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They were a nightmare from the beginning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When we moved in late summer, the place was NOT SET UP FOR PECO, CABLE/INTERNET. We had to move our things in without any electricity! It took weeks.
The place was filthy when we moved in. Although, we were promised it would be cleaned. The kitchen cabinets were very loose, just barely hanging on - we were also promised that this would have been resolved by move-in. The place was swarming with roaches, and the walls were like cardboard. The roaches were crawling out of EVERY OUTLET. I

City Wide has managed my rental property in NoLibs for the last 3.5 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the company and Danielle in particular. They have been extremely professional, responsive, timely, and easy to work with. As a first time landlord they have made the entire process run as smoothly as possible from day 1. The few repairs that have been needed were also handled quickly and at a fair price. I have trusted them so much that I have just signed with City Wide to list my home for sale as well. I would recommend them to anybody.

NEVER EVER rent from this property management. Not certain where to even begin but this review will happen in strides. Once the organization was given the deposit to pull the apartment off the market, Danielle stated the balance had to be paid in 72 hours (which is illegal if your move in is more the 30 days away). She later tells me I have until the 31st of October since my move in was November 7.

I don't typically do reviews however I would NOT recommend city wide reality to anyone! The properties are not well managed or taken care of. While the pictures shown on there website gives the impression that their apartments are clean and well maintained that is a lie, they are filthy!! The staff does not know how to communicate well with prospective tenants and are never on time when showing a unit. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from City Wide Reality!!!

I have been living in Philadelphia for the past 6 years and I've dealt with my fair share of not so great landlords.
I would take any of them over CityWide Realty.
By far the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered in my life.
They don't care when things aren't working, they're unresponsive and incredibly rude.
Our building was brand new when we moved in and things had still yet to be finished and CityWide just clearly did not care about the management of the building and we were met with months of undelivered

Can I give NO STARS? So, after I terminated my lease based on the laws regarding constructive eviction (meaning the landlord doesn't make needed repairs, effectively leaving the tenant with no choice but to leave an unsafe environment), the landlord initially told me I'd get my full deposit back. Not until after I moved did they then say they weren't going to give me my deposit. When I called the landlord, they referred me back to one of the owners at CityWide. His name was Avi. We are promised a 3/1/13 move in - a legal contract aka a lease was sign and 3 mo rent deposited.
Since arriving to an apartment in WORSE condition then when we saw it in Jan. Tony and his crew has continued to LIE to us about the work that needed to get done.
He told us "your job is to relax" and confirmed the readiness of the place 2 weeks ago- this man is a professional bullshitter. Spend your money elsewhere.
