Services
N Property Group is a property management firm with 20 years experience servicing commercial and residential properties, managing condo/homeowner associations, and developing real estate throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. Our background includes all aspects of property management from day-to-day maintenance to leasing to minor and major capital improvements.
Since 2001, N Property Group has provided apartment, house rentals and leasing throughout the Philadelphia area. We also have a specialty in student housing around Temple University, although have no affiliation with the school. For owners, landlords, and condominium associations, we provide full management services including maintenance, repairs, construction, evictions, rent collection, corporate structuring and more.
When it comes to property management, there is a difference in who you select to maintain your investment. Some of the obvious and essential services we offer are typical of most reputable companies including online rent payments, full licensing, maintenance tracking for all work orders and repairs, along with monthly owner reporting of all transactions, cash flow reports, and electronic funds transfer.
Unlike many small to mid-size management companies, N Property employs a full-time maintenance team with an extensive skill set including multiple trades such as, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning, demolition, masonry, etc. All employees are fully insured and licensed, proof of which will be provided to the owners upon request.
We are a team passionate about helping students, faculty, and professionals find their perfect rental - right across the street from campus. We manage all of our own properties in-house, keeping them well-maintained with new amenities, high ceilings, bright rooms and so much more. Our tenants appreciate our convenient location - close to Temple University and University City.

Probably one of the worst property groups I have ever rented from. I had multiple Maintance issues and not a single issue was fixed even after filing numerous requests. Not only did they fail to provide necessary and mandatory items, like a fire extinguisher but they charged me for the lack of one even though we were never given one in the first place.

The third day after we moved in, we got a bad flood of DIRTY water that soaked several rugs, destroyed some items, and took loads of cleaning supplies to clean. this weekend, we got another flood which was even worse than the first. today, contractors came to fix the issue at 9:30. I came home from work to see this. not only did nproperties ignore our emails when we asked for financial compensation, they also did not inform us of the depth of this issue. look how much work they had to do! obviously this flooding issue has been going on for years and they never fixed it! do NOT rent from these people

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
So after having some initial issues and grievances upon move out, Mr Martindale was extremely efficient in resolving our issues and handled everything very courteously and professionally and was able to resolve our issue. The office staff followed up and we are now satisfied and will recommend this property group for future rentals.

Update (6/24/21): This is my final update as we are moving next month because, despite the policy change, we still have the same issues. N prop says they give warnings but that’s all it seems to be. The main offender put up a privacy fence. I guess they didn’t like our continued complaining lol. Too bad the privacy fence doesn’t stop the smoke from coming into our air intake 😢 It’s a shame because we loved it here otherwise. They do deserve a star for the immediate maintenance requests being addressed. Best of luck to the next lady who is taking our apartment. I’m sure she wasn’t

I have been a client of N Property Group for over 2 years now and definitely recommend their team! They manage rental properties for me - their level of service and the way they engage with me as their client is better than my previous property management company. This was the first time I sought out a property management company to assist me in finding a tenant. I found N Property Group along with other companies, and after researching and contacting 5 different companies, I decided to proceed with N Property Group. I have been very delighted with their company and services so far! Leased in two days!!! Charaine and Eric have been very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend it!!

This is downright the worst company to rent from. Do not rent from N Property Group under any circumstances. They are incredibly difficult to reach by phone and do not respond to maintenance requests in an appropriate amount of time. I rented from them from June 2016 through June 2017. My apartment was broken into while living here and three different police officers who investigated the scene told me on three separate occasions that the "break in" was most likely done by someone who had a key to the apartment and then conveniently hit the wall on their way out to make it look like a break in.

N Property Group manages many of my clients units. They do a great job for both the owner and the tenants, resulting in a high renewal rate. Everyone in the office is extremely responsive and kind. Whenever there is a problem, it gets resolved quickly and professionally. The maintenance guys, Mickey and Chuck, are always working with a smile and clean up after the job is done..they are very efficient. I highly recommend.
