Here at Willow Springs Recovery, our goal is to help you reach sobriety in a way that makes sense for you. We customize all of our treatment plans on an individual basis, meaning you'll get a treatment plan designed for you and you alone. With a personalized treatment plan, you're in a much better position to overcome addiction than you are at one-size-fits-all style treatment centers.
However, treatment is just one small part of what we offer here at Willow Springs. We strive to cultivate and maintain an environment that makes recovering from addiction an experience that is as rewarding as it is enjoyable. We're settled on over 38 acres of beautiful Texas countryside - just close enough to the city for convenience, but far enough that you won't have to worry about temptations or triggers.

If your just Interested in just detox and vacation time this isn't the place for you. The professional and loving staff truthfully took care of my needs. All of them my p.a.w.s. and all of my root issues were addressed, because I was encouraged to PUT MY HEART INTO IT. and thT being said. I also loved how all the staff respected all the diversity of beliefs and recovery plans they offered. Shout out to ree ree and Kathrine, bree, breana, Jessica and the list goes on. The best decision I made was to go to Willow Springs Recovery. Thanks for listening

This was my first and hopefully last time in Treatment so I don't have anything to compare it to; but I am very pleased with my experience. All of the employees from the Techs to the Nurses to the Counselors (especially Michelle) were rather impressive. I was able to receive a complete medication review and feel I have the tools needed to succeed in my recovery...

Issues with every department, I was hoping because I just fell through the cracks and they are just that busy/under-staffed.
Way too many detox patients to 'residential' patients, so its unlikely to see a provider about medication changes within every 7 days - that is their corporate policy and a common insurance requirement.
Billing department still can't get my 'perceived' out-of-pocket and deductible amounts that have been met prior to intake - and this means I still owe Willow money somehow. Definitely double check your invoices.
Three stars because I had a fabulous therapist, a few good

Where to begin...First and foremost, apparently COVID-19 doesn’t exist here. There are virtually no hand sanitizer stations, masks are not enforced, you are given no lysol wipes or anything. It is disgusting. The lack of hygiene in this place is astounding. The staff are mostly teenagers or those in their early 20s who are completely not equipped or mature enough to handle situations involving clients. There is no security guard or any form of security. The rooms are dirty. Staff fails to enforce any sort of order. The vending machines are constantly empty. Staff fails to intervene during class

Wonderful Staff. Great food. Exceptional program. Great environment. Good accommodations. Love you willow springs. Kudos to the techs, nurses, kitchen and cleaning staff. Thank you for everything. Shout out to Danielle, Ri, Tristan, Kelly, Ashley, Audrier & Nurse Dani. I will miss you. Thank you to Amy for taking me home :)…. The PHP and IOP program is also a great part of the willow springs program. I extended my time to 60 days and it was entirely worth it.

I highly recommend Willow Springs. The staff is A+++ and the facility/grounds are very nice and well kept. The way they separate into small groups and the frequent 1 on 1 ones with your counselor ensure that there is enough time focused on all clients, even the quiet ones like me, it really differentiates Willow from others. Honestly this place is like family to me, it’s sacred ground, I was honestly sad to leave! Special recognition to Brittny, Cassie, ReaRea, Rebecca, Danielle, Ron, Marcus and everyone in the pharm. Bob, Brad, the housekeeping twins (all housekeepers were exceptional), the

This was always going to be the hardest, most internally painful experience of my life. However, Willow Springs facilitated my addiction treatment and recovery process into my life's most valuable treasure. The tools and coping skills I now have in order to combat my addiction are sharpened and loaded thanks to the amazing counseling staff. There were MULTIPLE counselors at WS that weren't even assigned to me personally and yet have forever impacted my recovery in the most positive ways. In residential, the rooms are nice and have the best mattresses I've ever slept on. The food is simply amazing

I have never written a review before but felt that Willow Springs really deserved a 5 star review for the way I was treated while I was in their care. I have been struggling with alcohol for as long as I can remember and have tried a few other treatment programs, nothing was comparable to this place. The staff was amazing, I felt at home right away. I was really able to open up and get honest with myself and why I drink. I learned several new tools on how to cope and have been using them for the last few months... so far so good!
Food was great, rooms are super clean and comfortable, met lots

Willow Springs is a top-notch treatment center with the most professional and caring staff members. My counselor, Michelle, helped me discover the core issues and repapse triggers that have kept me in the addiction cycle for so many years. She checked in with me almost every day to make sure I was doing all right, and was instrumental in helping me transition to a sober living house
