The Laue Team was excellent, from start to finish. They explained the selling process, answered all of our questions and gave us critical recommendations and guidance. Our home was listed on Thursday afternoon and we accepted one of four offers (8.5% over asking) on Sunday. There were 20 showings during those four days. What a great experience!!

We loved working with the Laue team. Our agent was Mary and she was super dedicated to finding us a home that met all of our criteria (even with such low inventory right now.) Mary and Rick were so great to work with. In a tough market where you feel you have to choose between staying in your budget or getting the house you want Mary made sure we got both. She was very communicative even through the Holidays and made us a priority even on our short notice viewings.
The buying process was fairly seamless with timelines and paperwork communicated clearly and everything happened on time. And even when there were loose ends Mary and Rick made sure they were quickly tied up.

I had a great experience with the Laue Team, especially agent Nic. He was very patient with me as we looked at multiple homes. I seemed to find something wrong with almost everyone and Nic did not pressure me. When I finally found the one, he was quick to help me set myself up for winning the home I wanted. It's a very tough market currently and it really helps to have a team that knows what they are doing.

I have worked for 8 years with Debi Laue from Rick's office. I have done many, many real estate transactions in my life, but her depth of knowledge and experience far surpasses any realtor I've used in the past. She is creative in making a deal come together, knowledgeable about current trends both in buying and selling, and a great communicator. She is responsive, professional and so easy to work with. Her co-workers in the office are of the same caliber. I've had a chance to work with several people in her office who provide a variety of services, and they are all so good at what they do!
