Looking to recreate the experience of being ghosted by a bad tinder date? This is your guy. I just finished a transaction with him in which he frequently did not respond for days, let documents expire with no communication, and blatantly misrepresented the property he was listing in a way that was either fraudulent or grossly incompetent. The transaction was much more difficult and stressful than it needed to be.

I used Darryl Bodle for my last home sale and subsequent purchase and was extremely pleased with the experience. On my sale, he was very knowledgeable of the market, and gave me some sound advice regarding with needed to be done to get top dollar for my home (which we got). We purchased a new home from a builder and Darryl was meticulous when we did our final walk through, making sure the builder made everything perfect for us.
Working with Darryl and his entire team was a great experience for us and I couldn't recommend him more highly!

For sure the most professional Broker around!
He is on top of every detail, just last week we had a property that the closing took longer due to the dividing process; he stayed in regular contact with every party involved and kept reminding them to speed up the closing process, which really helped us out a lot! He has great team standing behind him, everybody is very knowable and experienced. I would not work with anybody else but Darryl!

Darryl and his whole team are AMAZING to work with! I have been extremely impressed with how tentative they are to detail, they are great at negotiating a good deal for their client, and they are incredibly knowledgeable about Real Estate! Definitely one of the best experience I have had with a realtor! If Yelp offered 10 stars I would give it to them!

Finally found my house thanks to this team. It took a while to find the house I wanted, but they were patient with me the whole way through and willilingly took me to see each house that was potentially "the one".
I liked the fact that they consistently stayed sharp on the stuff I needed to look at when it came to each house in terms of repairs and damage and paperwork too. When it came to negotiations, I'm definitely glad they were on my side. They got me a good deal on the house I finally decided to go with. Definitely worth recommending!

We just bought a house represented by this man and his completely unavailable, very poorly managed team. It has taken months longer than expected due to his negligence and perpetual lack of communication.
Our realtor has had a great deal of trouble connecting with him, week after week, and the entire process has become unnecessarily drawn out due to his noticeable absence and lack of consideration.
This is not someone I will ever work with again, and had I known what I do now, I might have not even offered on the house. Save yourself the headache during a process that's already very stressful
