I love working for Commonwealth! I jumped on board in April of 2013 to join a team of professionals that is truly committed to excellence! I began as a temporary employee expecting to only work part time but knew right from the start that this was where I wanted to end up permanently. I have been amazed at the company growth, core values in which they uphold, dedication to their employee's and the investment they show towards all team members.
Committees meet regularly to build new procedures, keep our residents and employees safe, and reach out to our communities. The Commonwealth Forms Committee is dedicated to reviewing, updating and distributing forms for our community managers to use for the day-to-day operations of your communities.

After considering purchasing a mobile home owned by Commonwealth in one of their parks, the manager didn't get back to me for several days. Meanwhile I found another home in the same park that was more of what I was looking for, so I put an offer on it instead. When the manager finally called me back, I told him that I decided to go in another direction. After that, it was one thing after another. When I had originally talked to him about qualifying for the park, there didn't seem to be any problem based on their criteria. After I decided not to buy their home, he mentioned twice to me

My interaction with Commonwealth Real Estate Services has been poor from the beginning. In the end, 'Sarah' who I am told is in charge of the Puerto Vista Mobile Estates in Coos Bay, was so defensive and unhelpful over the phone, I decided not to purchase property managed by Commonwealth Real Estate Services. I'm thankful for finding this out prior to investing my money in property managed by Commonwealth Real Estate Services and feel sorry for those who own investments currently in their care.

If I could do a 10th of a star I would they recently bought my mom's senior park . It was a affordable place that was nice place with a pool sauna large club house and a beautiful pond with fish and lots of wildlife. Since they took over they have started to raise the space rent so new buyers can't afford it they have closed everything down . Residents can not get ahold of anyone the manager is worthless. They only care about money and NOT THE RESIDENTS.

I have been a resident at Glen Tualatin Mobile Home Park for over 20 years, and I just wanted to tell Commonwealth that the Manager you have given us, Michelle, is THE BEST Manager, I'm sure this Park has ever had. I hear people complain about her, as they always will -BUT- she honestly has your best interest and ours at heart. She does her VERY BEST to do the BEST for us BOTH! Michael Llewellyn #36

I've lived in this park for 18 years. When I first moved in here there were rules and follow up to help keep things tidy and in working order. For the last few years there hasn't been any leadership. Tenets do whatever they want, so many of the trailers are in shambles.
The thought of you raising the rent $40.00 is appalling. There is no communication and certainly no follow through.
The maintenance man, Tim is awesome and he works very hard, he always has a smile and kind word.
Sadly, this used to be a community I and a lot of others enjoyed living in. I feel this is one way companies try and

Tried to purchase a trailer in one of their parks to house my disabled brother; despite demonstrating three quarters of a million dollars in assets to show that I could cover the $500/month pad rental, they declined our pad rental application because he has no income. I will be filing an ADA housing discrimination complaint with the Federal Housing office.

So sad this this company manages property for Donna Neilson who owns Totem Pole Mobile Estates in Vancouver and Neilson Park in Portland. They just raised park rent from 460 to 520 a month and some seniors who can not even afford cable and have just enough for food on a fixed income are in trouble. Most are disabled and make less then 1100 a month. They own old mobiles and this is only place they can afford to live as they paid off 70s trailers years ago. Now some are facing homeless situations when they rent takes effect Jan 1st 2020. such greed from the Neilsons while they live in Hawaii.

I have lived at the CSMHP in Salem since 2012 way before Commonwealth took over. Since they have been here it's been the most miserable experience I have ever had.
The onsite manager is unbelievable. She goes out of her way daily to make trouble. Refuses to be available to tenets she deems nusences or trouble. She makes multiple daily rounds with her clipboard full of write-up forms. She has her pets that should get write ups but don't yet others get multiple. Everything is under her lock and key when paperwork states it's to be open including the vehicle storage area I pay $60 a month for but

In the recent past I have been extremely concerned about some issues in our manufactured home community, as well as a letter I received from CWRES. I left some email and phone messages as I had before, and when I received no reply I assumed things were the 'same old, same old' of service we at the park have come to expect.
Then, I received a courteous and open phone call from Brittany S.
She was respectful, available for explanations and query while admitting to her limitations of information, and I received my personal information directly.
THIS is what professionalism looks like. I

The best management company ever! I had a problem with my rent but they took the time to research the issue and get it resolved. I know they have worked with others in my community to improve their spaces or help with hardships. It is a 55+ community where people sometimes can use the help. I am so pleased to have them responsible for my community. It has been a better community since their involvement. New walking trails, clubhouse, secured RV storage...much better.

HORRIBLE Customer "Service". HORRIBLE bookkeeping. They lost a payment and I had to go to the bank and, at MY expense, dig up every, single payment from day 1. The funny part? I have been paying an ADDITIONAL month in advance since the 4th month I lived here. Now, almost 5 years later, they have "lost" my payment. NUMEROUS calls. "YOU will need to find the lost payment" is what I get from them.
After I gave them a spreadsheet that PROVED I was correct, and that THEY had lost my payment..."Oh, okay...yeah, we found the error and we'll issue you a credit.

There isn't enough room to state all the disrespect and illegal activities of this organization. They have and still bully us. We are a 55 and older community yet the so called managers of our facility supplied by this organization are not of the appropriate age to live here . They have allowed illegal additions to the existing properties without the proper permits and transfer of titles have not been completed leaving prior owners to foot the bill of fines against the properties.
Our Rec Room has been locked up and bathrooms locked up and pool allowed to deteriorate. The so called management
