This is the most unreliable company we have had the displeasure of working with. The aide they sent out constantly leaves early for personal reasons or for "meetings". My mother in law never gets the 2 hours a day she is allowed. Our normal aide went on vacation and the subsutitite aide called off on the first day and we were told they would have to hire someone else to replace her !?!
