I rented a home with Elaine and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. The house was falling apart and we were blamed for everything! The repair men even told us how things like toilets needed to be replaced and how the microwave (that fell apart and hit me in the head) was junk. Even after we moved out she continued to contact us about doing maintenance on the yard!!! I will never work with her or Brooks Real estate again.
