My husband and I could not have asked anything more of Jim. He was knowledgeable, organized, and aggressive. He explained current loan programs, and new home purchasing laws that were applicable to our needs. We had actually switched to using him after using an agent who was none of those things--too much 'fluff' and not enough honesty.
