We were having a nightmare with spectrum internet, our phones were cutting in and out every minute and we reached out to Robert, he had 3 trucks roll out to our business the same day. Robert is amazing and super responsive. I don't know who left that grammatically challenged one star review, maybe a Russian hacker. Update: after speaking with Robert, it turns out that it was an Indian hacker, trying to manufacture business removing bad reviews! I am a real person who has never had a bad experience with Jewel City.
