They really are heroes and life savers :') I had a very specific issue that I needed fixed for my computer. I had a video project on Windows Movie Maker that just would not save correctly in mp4 and the video would look horrible while playing. I know it's an old program that no really uses anymore so I didn't know if anyone could figure out what was wrong or how to fix it. But the video was sentimental to me so i wanted to save it if at all possible. This place is by work, so it was convenient and decently priced with added incentives of a yelp discount and free screen protector. The service was quick! Isaac was absolutely amazing! I called him and told him my computer's problem and he knew exactly what I was talking about and told me to come on over. I went over to his shop and he diagnosed my issue in less than 10 minutes. While I was waiting I got to play with his adorable dog, Lulu. So, it really didn't feel like waiting. Isaac is super knowledgeable and honest. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostics. He even offered to let me borrow a laptop while my computer was being repaired. Would recommend!

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by H&G. We dealt with Isaac. He was knowledgeable, personable, and reliable (though a bit late to our appointment). He diagnosed a CCTV remote access problem quickly and resolved it with equal speed. This had been a recurring problem and the system installer had attempted multiple times to cure it without success. When an issue with it arose later because I had to reset the system, Isaac dealt with it without further charge. Had a confusing and frustrating experience--there were two addresses online, so I went to the one I was familiar with in the shopping center. Locked doors with no indication of hours. Called the number on the door, purportedly their current number, and reached voicemail 3 times over the course of 2 hours. All this and I went during open hours, according to the website. They seem out of business, but they're not saying so. Either that, or they've switched out all their employees for kids who don't answer the phone and take really long lunch breaks. I thought my Mac Book was done as the LCD screen was completely shattered. But, I got a quote from Isaac (that was lower than 2 other places) and they completely fixed it! I have used Heroes ands Geeks for my personal and business laptops for nearly 2 years now. This review is long overdue, but I have to let people know that when I brought in my crashed personal laptop Isaac went far above and beyond. This laptop was only used for family photos, videos, etc. The hard drive was relatively new but was faulty. Isaac rebuilt my data from the lowest levels. Any other tech support would have said it was lost - but not Isaac. DO NOT COME HERE FOR COMPLICATED PC PROBLEMS. My Dell laptop was having wireless connection problems and when I took it in, they told me they would run some tests and order new parts for it, and most likely they won't be difficult fixes. The next day I received a call from them asking me to take my business elsewhere because they cannot order the parts for me. Confused, I asked them if my parts are difficult to get and they told me no, on the contrary it's very simple, many places sell them, in fact some other places might even have them in stock.

I didn't feel either like I was being gouged price wise, he explained to me how much parts were and his hourly rate; his estimate he gave me was very close to the final invoice. Shout out to Allie and Fernando for the outstanding service! Heroes and Geeks has been my go-to for computer help for the past 2 years. Any issue that comes up, from an uncooperative scanner to my system being slowed to a crawl by malware, an e-mail Heroes and Geeks brings a no-fail resolution within 24 hours. Sometimes I make up a big list, and they come to my home office, spend an hour, and everything is fixed! It's my own personal IT team. In addition, I know I'll have honest, informative and good-humored communications with them.

1: Thursday--Monday. Agreed.
2: Monday. --Wednesday. I had to.

additional 40 dollars charge. one more broken part.
4: Friday--Saturday. What else could you say?
5: Saturday they called me back. another 100 dollars charge for another broken part. I disagreed.

I called Heroes and Geeks this AM in a panic about an issue my employer was having with her iPhone6. She had used a car console charger and it had somehow jammed her phone's charger port so that her regular charger would no longer fit. It was dying fast and things were looking pretty stressful.
Kim, who helped me with my call, was able to find us an on-site appointment within and hour and a half, with a really polite and knowledgable technician. 2 hours after my initial call, the phone is fixed and my boss is really pleased. Crisis averted for her (and for me).

My husband brought his Galaxy S5 here and we were helped by Isaac. He replaced the glass and the LCD in less than half an hour. We called numerous places before and they were charging around $250 and up. We paid $180 and they had the parts on hand. Other places they had to wait until they got the parts in.
Excellent service and we would recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone fixed.

These guys are the definition of AWESOME! If you are looking for a phone in Los Angeles, you wanna go there first. Unlike UbreakiFix prices, theirs are PRETTY low.
I broke my phone while visiting LA. It was 8 pm and I wasn't expecting them to be open but I was so lucky that they were. I did not have the budget but they offered a genuine price compared to the heavy cost I was about to incur with my insurance company. Not forgetting that I was going to wait for days before sprint could replace my phone in addition of losing my data. They repaired my phone in 20 minutes and it look like a brand new
