We had a sliding patio door installed 4 years ago. It was getting tough to open and close, and they came out within a couple days, replaced the wheels and now it works better than new! Have nothing but praise for our Bristol Windows, from sales to installation to customer service follow up! A totally great experience with great windows as the result.

I will definitely have them back to do my patio door. The best windows out there. We compared to others of comparable quality and Bristol was definitely a cut above and the price quoted was actually less then lesser quality competitors.

Amazing product. Five years ago, I wanted a triple-pane option for my home's replacement windows due to hail damage so I was looking around at the options available. They were offering free tickets to the State Fair so we went and had a chance to check out their display. Not a hard sell approach, but I did find a group of thoroughly nice Nebraskans who justifiably believe in their product.

Great service! All widows replaced in our home fit perfect no issues at all. Installing crew were both knowledgeable, polite, and effecient. Only had one glass lose seal and cloud. Contacted Bristol, Lincoln with problem and with in a couple days came and replaced said glass. Technician was quick and mater of minutes replaced it, thanked us for the purchase of Bristol Windows, No charges for said service!
Impressive business, they do what they say they will.
Not many companies will do that in this day and age.

We have had the windows for 18 years and love them. We got their sliding glass doors with deadbolts and can’t feel safer. The locks are so sturdy. The energy saving we receive from the windows and doors is quite noticeable. They stand by their replacing of windows if one breaks or something is wrong with it. We had one I hit with a rock and it cracked it. They came out and replaced it no problems and no cost. Their installation is stellar, very professional and quick. They call once a year to see how the windows and doors are doing. Would recommend Bristol windows to anyone. I’m glad we decided

Great windows and company. Very professional and accommodating. All work was done within 2 days just because of the number of windows replaced. Had them for almost 3 years total now over 2 installation periods and have seen a significant drop in utility bills. During the installation process, employees were professional and friendly. They kept the work area as clean as to be expected during the install and left the areas cleaner than when they started when they were finished. Highly recommend Bristol for anybody wanting to replace windows at a competitive price and locally owned business.

We bought in two installations and, in both installations, were extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism of the installers. They explained the workings of the mechanisms and later when we got things wrong were able to correct us by phone. One window had weather stripping problems after two-three years but the problem was quickly and efficiently corrected. These people are pros -- I highly recommend them!
