I used Discount Window and Door of Omaha to install two windows in my bedroom. The salesperson that came to our house, Keith Ahlers, was very knowledgeable about the windows and gave a very detailed demonstration about the windows. He was able to answer all of our questions and did not pressure us to decide or buy the windows right away like most companies had. The installers were ten minutes early, very polite, and finished in the exact amount of time that was promised. I was very impressed with how professional the installers were and how they made sure not to leave a mess behind. The whole process

This is the second house we have owned where we have used discount windows and doors of Omaha. Again they have proven to be a very reliable company, a very efficient company with great quality on window products and designs. Even given the situation where there are supply chain issues. Discount windows has been able to be responsive to our needs or questions and keeping us informed about the process and tell us the arrival of the windows and doors. They were thorough through the installation and following up. They have even scheduled a follow-on visit to make sure everything's installed correctly

I absolutely love my new windows. John was very responsive to my calls on updates for installation. He stated my windows would be in on a particular date and time and that his installation crew would arrive at 7:45 a.m. The crew was right on time and had my windows installed in less then 2 hours. The crew was very professional, friendly and helpful.
I received a follow up call from John the next day to inquire about the service I received and if I had any questions. He also stated if any questions or concerns come up, that he would be happy to assist. I will definitely have Discount Window install

Getting any other bid is a waste of your time; this business exceeded every expectation of communication, competitive pricing, quality product, following estimated timeline - all of the core values and desires! And then on top of everything I had a misfortune with my front window a couple weeks before the new windows came in and it was broken, the owner John came on his own time to help me at no charge to clean out my broken window to help tide me by until the new one arrived - it was the kind of small business kindness that seems almost like a dream anymore.
