Dr. Phillips has helped me tremendously over the years since my car accident in 2011. He has a heart of gold and the patience of Job. I would highly recommend him for pain management and physical rehabilitation. He is a great physician with a deep knowledge and experience of how to get someone back to their optimal life. I highly recommend him.

I moved to Md about 5 years ago and was terrified about no being able to find a physician to help me maintain the progress I'd already made in straightening my life out, I had finally hit bottom and like most of us, hated the view.
I'd called Dr. Phillip's once and he was not accepting new patients. After contacting another very special person who had some pull in the opioid recovery sphere (I wish I could give her a special shout-out publicly),Dr. Phillip's agreed to give to take a chance on me and accepted me into his program.
It may be a little cliche and sound hyperbolic to but I truly credit

Dr Phillips is absolutely THE best doctor! His heart is in all that he does for his patients! Thanks to Dr Phillips and The Good Lord above and my son’s will to fight for his life, my son is still here and striving every day to be a better person than he was the day before. He is the best addiction Doctor. He actually cares about addicts, unlike the doctors that are just in it for the money. Addicts know the ones I am talking about. If you are serious about getting and remaining clean I 200% would recommend this doctor. Clean, professional, and comfortable setting. The receptionists are great as well. Never has there been a long wait time to be seen either. Fully recommend Dr. Phillips if you are an opiate addict and need a little help to get you away from heroine and Percocet this is the man to see!! Candace T

I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a more caring and accomodating doctor in my life. This man truly cares for his patients and it shows. I moved from VT 2 years ago and found Dr Phillips by the grace of God. I have been sober for 20 months and I could not have done it without him. With Dr Phillips, you are in good hands. Once again, my experience at my doctors appointment today with Dr. Phillips and the rest of the Rehabit Smart team was excellent. It is a family run office and Dr. Phillips and his wife, Sharon, make all the patients feel like they are part of the family as well. They take the time to get to know you and they genuinely care about their patients. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Phillips and I highly recommend him to anyone who is currently searching for a new doctor.
