I was looking for someone to repair my outdoor propane heaters. They responded quickly and came out the same day. Charged $70 per heater for diagnostics which would later be applied to my repairs. The technician said I just needed New Thermo couples in each of them and one needed a new knob. Simple - should be fairly cost effective. Then it all went downhill. The company texted me that they needed the proof of purchase to do anything. I explained that I didn't have receipts for my heaters as I had them several years. They asked again - I answered. This went on for over 2 weeks - they would not

Everybody, I should have read the reviews. All the bad stories are true, this company is a clown show. Showed up once, got the $70 off me and said he’d be back the next week with a part. Never heard from them again, called a week later, no pickup. They use this shady text service and they’re rude. They sent me $200 invoice without doing a single thing! Or contacting me about follow up! Told me to pay the invoice for made up charges. They’re horrible really, believe all these reviews.

Buyer beware! Rick Garza of Austonian Appliance is a smooth talking con man. I fell for it. Don't use!!! He is a crook and actually not skilled for appliance repair. Cost me $$$$. His "so called repair" resulted in additional damage to our refrigerator and voided the manufacturer's warranty on the compressor. He is not certified to work on LG or Kenmore appliances, and possibly other brands. He only responds through canned text messages and does not return your call. Angie's List recommended him, and I thought they vetted all of their vendors. They do not! Any vendor can register to receive referrals

These guys repaired my gas cooktop on the same day I made the service call. Technician was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was very reasonable, the service fee applies to the repair, and I even got some great maintenance advice on the cooktop! I highly recommend these folks.

Called for water heater repair, paid $170 for initial fix, said issue was with pilot lamp not switched on, it stopped working next day. Then said replace the burner, another $570. Next day still not working. This time recommended replacing the whole heater. I refused, at the end spend $740 and water heater still not working!
