The pediatrician Elizabeth is very good, very kind people.
But the people who answer the phone are very bad service
, my son was very sick and so I had to take to the pediatrician.
I spoke to them on the phone and they replied that they could not help me, and l have to do what was best for my son

The staff is great! I especially love to see the NP Maria! She is so kind and super sweet to the children. Her knowledge, confidence and humility make her a really admirable provider. I feel comfortable asking her anything about my girls. She has helped so much and I’ve had so many questions especially during this pandemic. I also have family and friends who go see her and they love the service! She goes to both the Addison and Brookfield location.

They are so nice. The doctor Perez and Whelan and the staff. I recommend both doctors and the clinic. Just be sure your insurance covers everything because if you have one in one year but in the next one your insurance is the same company but change a little bit the kind of insurance you cannot get everything and they cannot do more, no because of them. It is because of the insurance rules.

I am beyond pleased with this clinic, especially the staff. I called last minute a few minutes before closing to get a school exam visit. The young lady politely said they had no appointments due to high demand, but went above and beyond helping me schedule the soonest available and calling the school for me to fax proof of appointment. The school demanded a written note and even after closing hours still did me the favor! Thanks Iliana for all your help, my daughter didnt have to miss school! Hope you enjoyed lunch on me!

It took a lot for me to write a bad review and give one star. But, I am so incredibly unhappy with this place. To begin, I don't appreciate waiting over two hours or just about everytime I have a scheduled appointment. Second, I've witnessed one of the girls (a medical assistant she might be) while "working" on a call with her boyfriend, crying, at the front desk. How unprofessional is that? If you want to fight with your boyfriend, do it at home; there's patients to take care of. Next, I don't appreciate some of the things the doctors says. For example, when I refused a flu vaccine for my son

Best pediatrician in town DuPage county! The medical assistants are nice, caring, and very helpful. Dr. Perez's associates are wonderful and Dr. Perez is an amazing doctor. My son has been a patient for 5 years and I would definitely continue to bring by son for pediatric care. I have recommended A to Z to all of my friends and family members. Keep up the great healthcare!

I'm actually incredibly disappointed to be leaving an unsatisfactory review for this office. When we met Dr. Perez we absolutely adored him. He was charming and we were very comfortable having him care for our son. Unfortunately, we've only seen him once since our son was born. His associates have handled most of our son's appointments and we'd prefer to deal with Dr. Perez instead. All of the staff is friendly. The office is clean.

EACH DOCTOR GOAL IS TO DELIVER WHAT A PATION NEEDS AND TO FIX HIS HEALTH PROBLEM. However if you want to learn from your mistakes learn it from your personal ones,... trying some strong medication on your own child.
