I have worked in the skilled nursing home field since 2008. This was by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
Infinity bought Hope Creek and took over in October of 2020. Hope Creek was known for short term rehabilitation, memory care and that they took veterans. But over the last year of cutting staff, combining positions and poor management on Infinity’s part the facility has been going downhill.
While some great staff remain many have sought employment elsewhere.
They lack communication, support, systems and processes and realistic expectations unless you are part of the Chicago

To everyone whom is using this and any of there locations for there loved one please remove them these people dont care. Correct service starts from the top with the corp. Office. It's clear why the service is crappie the main office cant answer calles return calls or even have a reliable answering machine. Messages are filled never heard.
