We offer evaluations for both children and adults for a variety of presenting issues including assisting with diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, staging dementia and looking at prognosis for recovery, and aiding in determination of decision-making capacity and need for guardianship.

I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) at Silliman University in the Philippines and went on to earn my Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Family Practice from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois.
