Payment is due in full at the time that services are performed. If being admitted into the hospital, we cannot begin the care of your pet until you have confirmed your desire to do so by 1) signing the client consent & estimate form and 2) leaving an initial deposit of 50% of the upper end of the estimate.

Dr Spancake was amazing, and he could not have chosen a better vet to take over the practice than Dr Todd. I have been coming here for many years and receive the best care for my animals on every single visit.… The one doc practice is a nice change from all the other multi-vet large practices in the area. Dr Todd knows me, and remembers my pets from past visits, asks how they are, etc. That means a lot and proves his clients mean something to him, rather than just being a time slot in his daily schedule. I recently had an elderly sick kitty, not responding well to medication, I decided to do the right thing for her and have her euthanized. I took her to Dr. Todd because I've had such good experiences with Dr. Spancake. Well, it was a very bad experience! My cat was overweight , so Dr. Todd told me that it's hard to find a vein in an overweight cat, so he would inject barbiturate into her stomach, and that would take a little bit longer for my cat to pass, he said maybe ten to fifteen minutes. I have gone to this vet for many years, and have been really pleased with their service, transparency, and thoughtful treatment of my pets. Dr. Spancake is retiring soon, and will be missed! The "new" doctor is very good and I'm sure we'll continue to go here. There was some lack of communication about timing, charges and medications which I'm guessing is due to their transitioning. We were happy with their care of "Bah-boo"for his surgery.

We have been with Lenape Vet Clinic for several years. I absolutely respect Dr Spancake and appreciate his approach on veterinary care. He thinks outside the box rather than push for tests and imaging like most Vet care do these days. It has worked in my favor for my animals. The staff has tremendous bedside manner and are very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend and feel free to reach out to me for any questions.

My family has been going to Dr Spancake for 30 years. He's incredible. He'll never try to perform a procedure your pet doesn't need and always tells you like it is. They don't even markup their medicine. I now live 45-60 mins away and still travel to him because every other vet I've tried is 3x more money and never as friendly and personal. Thanks Dr for your years of excellent service!
