I wish I had received a better experience today but did not. I was driving down to SD from Oceanside and had a rock hit my windshield. I was in the area and was told by a friend to check out this local shop which was about 3 mins away from where I was. I had already gotten a quote from another shop for $40 but it was further away so I figured I'd just go to this shop.

The reason I'm even giving one star is because I'm impressed this "garage/house/shack or whatever you want to call it is still in business.
I brought my car in for window tinting and was told it would be done by noon and when I called to check on the car since it was hours past noon I was told Iv "been on the line too long and if I had any questions I had to come in and talk" then I was hung up on.
I went back to the shack to check on my car and it was still parked on the street untouched. They had never even started it bc they didn't have the proper tools to remove

I was referred to West Coast Auto by a friend. Gave them a call for a quote and they were so much more reasonable than Safelite. When I decided to call to schedule a time to bring in my car, Manny told him me he could get me in the same day. Planned on leaving my car overnight to get the work done but Manny had my car done and ready for pick up before end of business. Going to take my F-150 in for a new windshield next. I highly recommend West Coast Auto Glass. Talk to Manny, he's a good guy.

This place is near my home so I drive pass it a lot. Then one day I received a huge crack on my front windshield while driving home on the freeway.
I gave these guys a call and instantly had a quote & was ready to take my car in. Manny assisted me and was super nice !
He completed the work quick with no issues and the windshield looks entirely new.
( he even gave me a good discount )
I will definitely come back here again.

Unfortunately someone broke into my car and shattered my window. This was the first glass repair I seen and came in. I was helped immediately and Manny was able to order my window and get it on in no time at all! I was really impressed by not only their work, but their professionalism as well! Had a rock hit me on the highway this morning and when I got to my destination I looked up nearby places. Gave West Coast a call and Manny took my call and said to come right in. Manny was super friendly and told me my options and stepped me through the process as he repaired the rock chip. Couldn't ask for better service and was out the door in just a few minutes. Manny and his staff over at West Coast Glass did a great job on my BMW windshield. If you're looking for a gentleman that knows his craft look no further. I'm giving them 5 stars because of customer service skills, friendliness, quality of work and pricing. Some have left bad review but I feel otherwise. I went to a few shops before and quoted prices higher than this gentleman. You get what you pay for and he's worth giving your business. Manny once again I appreciate the work and will be dropping off some thankyou gifts.

I used these guys twice in the last month because of the great experience I had. Manny (shop owner) provided me with outstanding customer service and a truly reliable, trustworthy feel as he serviced my vehicles. The price was lower than all four of the quotes I received from outside businesses. Also as an added bonus when I called to make an appointment they were able to get me in the next day on my first visit and the same day for my second visit. Quick, easy, and efficient. The repair man, Manny, came to my house to replace my windshield. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job.
