Martin/Alvin up front is friendly and quick to help you with your needs. He will happily give you a quick consultation and what his recommendation for window tint depending on your needs. They offer a good amount of different tint percentages from non-ceramic to ceramic tint and explain the differences to help make your decisions. Turn around time was about 2 hours and I'm extremely happy with the results from dealing with a fish bowl to getting tinted. There's a reason why they have a good rating! Windshield install was fine but a lot of the plastic trim pieces were either installed incorrectly, broken, or not installed. Also left some window adhesive on the door of my car( luckily got it off without removing paint) and dirty finger/glove prints all over the headliner and fabric areas inside the car. Price was good, so u get what u pay for I suppose

Absolutely fantastic experience; tinted 6 windows + windshield strip with 20% Pearl Black ceramic film. Took a bit longer than expected, but listen: tint is finicky (I know, I've done it myself on a majority of my vehicles), and I'd MUCH rather a company take the time to do it right than try to rush through it. End product looks amazing, employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and total cost was significantly less than I was expecting, with a lifetime warranty too... win/win all the way around. Discussion with Martin after it was done really made it clear that these guys actually *care* about
