Had a broken window from vandals. I Called these guys, and was asked to bring car into shop. In less then a hour, Danny and the crew had me repaired and on my way. But the Next day, window would not go up or down. I Called them back and got the Same quality service. And out the door with a handshake, and satisfaction. They’re a nice enough bunch. Fast. But apparently they’re severely overworked and easy to make mistakes on your car. They sliced into our cab plastic panel during our rear window instal…because “these things happen, what do you want me to do about it?… this is after market part…. Other glass stores were asking twice the price and didn't have my window in stock I would have had to wait 1 to 2 days to get it repaired. Called some shops to get a quote on a windshield for a 2012 Toyota Prius. The quotes where from $220-$300. Daniel from Majesty texted me and decided to go with him due to the proximity and he said it will take 1-1.5 hr. Got there and while writing the work order, he just lowered his quote to $220(without me asking to match) and I told him that was the lowest quote I got.
Their shop is very clean and have an AC in the waiting room. Job got done in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend Majesty auto glass.
