I use HMR Property Management for my property in the Inland Empire. I only have praise for the service I have received from them for the last five years. HMR is always responsive to my needs and they have an efficient system in place for handling any situations (For me raising rent, replacing tenant who broke the lease early due to a divorce and managing high maintenance tenants).

This "management " company is suppose to manage the property I live in. They don't fix any problems, they don't answer the phone, and when they did come and do a walk through back in March, nothing was taken care of. I have never seen such a unprofessional and shady management company. The owner of the home I live in should fire these incompetent people. It's been 2 years of nothing!

This business needs to be reported for fraud to better business bureau. They take your money for deposits, without giving you the option to view the property, they take your money, lie, run your application to keep money even though they know properties are already taken. Is the worst scam property Management I've ever encountered. Daryl won't respond to messages like he claims he does within 24 hours!. Abraham, Daryl,Brissa are liars and lie to customers in order to scam clients. Do not rent for this property!!!!!! They will steal your money!!!!!!!!

We have been renting through HMR for nearly 2 years and the treatment has always been very professional. We had the pleasure to meet London who showed us the property, Brisa helped us with the lease paperwork, Daryl was very informative and answered all of our questions when it came down to sign the lease paperwork - I noticed he is a fellow Bronco too as he had his Cal Poly Pomona degree on his wall! - Gabby has been helpful with all of our repair/service needs, always friendly and responds in a timely manner. I own 30 properties and I gave them to HMR 5 years ago to manage. Not only are they an incredible management company, but also they have always put the owner first. I have used them to remodel my rentals, and also to help me sell some of my properties. They are always up to date on the latest laws, and requirements. I highly recommend them and can not say enough about Daryl and his incredible staff.
