If you are a landlord, you know this better than anyone else. Most landlords aren't full time. They have jobs, families, hobbies and a plethora of other high priorities in their life that all rank above their landlord duties. Even with everything going on in their busy lives, they are still willing to answer the phone on nights and weekends to make sure their tenants are taken care of.

Most of our properties accept pets, but some don't. Please verify on the online listing and with our applications department before filling out a PetScreening profile for the property you are ap. The standard notice period under our lease is 30 days and such notice must be given in writing. If you are uncertain as to the proper length of notice to give, consult your Property Manager.

We're six months in, and would gladly do it again.
Ongoing update to my previous reviews. Team Mesa continues to impress and inform, demonstrating engagement excellence.
Just yesterday, we had our six month inspection, which for all intent and purposes and in my opinion to protect their client base (landlord) interests, double meaning inspection, as their inspection also protects our interest as the renter.
Another first for us, doing business with Team Mesa is a far cry better than doing business with an individual landlord, they are fair and balanced, but more so, keeping things on the up

Recently was looking to rent a place in the high desert , it had been an extremely frustrating task given that there was little no available properties and the lack of communication between leasing offices didn't make it easier . I used their property management services for rentals in the Victorville area and when the tenant on one property became late on their rent, instead of serving them with a proper notice, they allowed the tenant to remain rent free for over 2 months.
In this time frame the tenants destroyed our property in retaliation to the count of over 40k in losses.
I had to file a property insurance claim to cover these fees. I never understood why they didn't do a pay or quit notice or initiate eviction as soon as allowed by law. I had no idea of these things which is why I hired them in the first place

Everyone at Mesa was great to work with. I had a rental property in Riverside they managed for 3 years. They kept it in great condition and always kept me abreast of the tenant’s requests. The tenants they found were high quality renters who also took great care of the house. When it was time to sell Mesa also represented me in that process. I appreciate the honest approach they had. They did not overvalue the property and promise me something they couldn’t deliver. After we discussed the strategy and set reasonable expectations, we put the house on the market. Great property management staff. We needed to find a place and move in ASAP. They were able to process our application and get us all of the paperwork quickly in order to get the process started without delay. This was especially helpful given the added difficulty that COVID restrictions generally pose to this process. Everything was signed online, we dropped off our deposit and first months rent and received the keys and that was it. We rented a house in Chino using Mesa Properties. They are extremely professional: detailed and transparent thoughout the application process, upfront with all information, reliable with following through with what they say they will do.
Overall, they are definitely the best leasing office with have ever worked with, in both California and Washington state. They build trust by explaining their process and standards and adhering to them all the way. If we even need to rent again as a tenant Mesa will be our first choice. The only reason why we ended the tenancy is that we have our own place now

I am a new landlord and I know very little about managing a property in the midst of the CA State Of Emergency. I contacted Mesa Property Management to ask about management fees and inquire about rent control. I was directed to Sam S. and not only was he super helpful in explaining the various nuances and limitations of rent control, but he took the time to answer all of my questions regarding tenant rights, landlord rights and evictions. He also pointed me to an abundance of resources that all landlords need to be aware of whether you are going at it alone or using someone else to take care of

Update: they also never checked my credit nor did they verify my rental history. So it's not just me complaining.
Funny how I qualified to buy a house rather than rent one.
There's only one star because it wouldn't allow me to leave it blank.

Mesa properties could care less about you.Their 5 day processing time is more like 15 days. At 5 days they call you to request additional documents that were not part of the original application process. They keep stringing you along for as long as they'd like. Even with a credit score of 780, a good income and no evictions. What a complete waste of time! They even charge you for viewing each house. It's worth mentioning that after my initial post I was contacted by a US based representative of whom indicated that I qualified for the house I applied for. This tells me that the outsourcing
