When investigating other management companies, we learned that the greatest complaint from their clients involved managers who did not have a working knowledge of the Association's duties to the membership and financial statements. In response, Wheeler Steffen has trained all its managers how to budget and manage the association's finances in accordance with the governing documents.
Wheeler Steffen Property Management believes that its time is best spent serving its clients and not counting paperclips. Regularly Scheduled Onsite Inspections with a Customized Inspection Report to Address Board concerns/issues. All Correspondence Required to Conduct the Business of the Association (Violation Notices, Letters to Vendors, etc.).
In serving the interests of both the landlord and the tenant, your Residential Management Agent will conduct routine inspections of the property, contract repairs, and verify the suitability of repairs completed to the property. If the property is vacant, the Management Agent will solicit prospective tenants, review tenant applications, contract credit reviews of potential tenants, and generate a binding lease agreement.
