Who ever is the Maintenance person should be fired. I've seen more "not my job" issues with the house I purchased then I can sling a stick at. 1 week in I'm dropping $1100 to completely replace the electrical breakers and box due to it failing and presenting a risk of fire. Also ac is having issues not even two weeks in. Not even going to bring up that the yard was not maintained during the buying process either. This was my first time buying a home and I learned ALOT from my experience with this house. what I have noticed it seems they avoid fixing issues with a professional to use a handy man

I HIGHLY recommend Lisa Freidt, she has seriously gone way BEYOND a "realtor's" job! We are in the military (living in Maine) and had to buy site unseen, but she used Facetime for us to see the potential homes! She also specializes in Military moves. She has years of family military life experience, so she knows first hand how important it is to be as helpful as she can for families.
She NEVER tried to persuade us into looking at "more expensive" homes, which I've heard people complain about realtors doing. She mentioned things that we didn't even think to ask
