Services
Identification - Applicants shall provide picture identification at time of applications(s). Prior to the signing of a rental agreement, anyone who is going to live in the home for more than 14 days in a calendar year and who is an adult or emancipated minor, must submit a completed application and pay a fee of $50.00 nonrefundable applicant screening charge.
Website listing of rentals is free to owners with a vacant unit. Advanced rental listings with pictures (3-6) and property descriptions are available to our clients. We strive to stay informed on all landlord/tenant related laws, rules, and changes to the industry. Keystone Real Estate management services are negotiable, and are determined by location, number of units, and level of services required.

Keystone has manage my 15 units for over 30 years now. In that 30+ years I have had 5 people move out and only had to rehab 1 unit. I never had a tenant not pay their rent. Tenants have been late a few times but that is to be expected. They keep rents at market value. I never had better tenants in my units or a better company to represent my best interests.
I have been with 8 other management company's and they charged me a % to manage and fees to collect rents and more fees to printing/mailing/emailing owners reports, more fees to do inspections and even more fees to post or mail notices

Steve and crew managed my property in downtown Eugene for 15 or so years and were the absolute best. It's always scary being an out of town owner, finding someone who is honest, fair, knowledgeable and keeps your best interest at heart. As an owner of property I find myself at Keystones doors. They have increase profits for owners by 7-9% over the last few years. They are all about doing what's in the owners best interests and maintaining tenants for many years. Their property management fees are truly amazing starting at 5-8%. Oh, this photo of Susan & Gary, just made me cry. I was a part of their family for many years, as well as their employee. I have never felt this level of love & care, as well as witnessed, that same level of compassion, for others. They always treated all their property owners & Tenants, like family. They always kept, everyone's best interests, in mind.
