To start, I was actually TERRIFIED to go here. I read the Yelp reviews and almost cancelled my appointment. I've always colored my own hair, this was to be the first experience letting anyone else do it. I am BEYOND pleased. I'm ecstatic with the extreme professionalism, the understanding of the products and my desires that I received from Mariella. My color, my cut, everything is EXACTLY the way I wanted it. I've been getting hair cuts from Rosa's salon for almost a decade. I think i was one of first handful of customers when they opened a long long time ago. Rosa is super kind. She genuinely makes an effort to say "Hi" and "Bye" to EVERY customer. So so so nice!! She makes you feel very welcomed!!
Haircuts are always great and not rushed (which is a great thing). They don't rush to get to the next customer. They take their time to cut every hair until they think the cut is great. I think cuts are about 15-20 minutes versus some places that try to knock out

One of the older women butchered my hair a few days before i was going to be getting pictures taken. i asked for a light fade and for the majority of the top to stay. i told her that i liked the top length, and to hardly do anything to it. She chopped it all off! the back of my hair is like three times longer than the rest of it! there is hardly any way to make this look even remotely decent. i'm disappointed and i don't ever plan on coming here again. If you want a haircut, DONT GO HERE.

In response to another review & the 'owners' response: Victor your employee said that there was no charge for both since the color was not what was asked for. The F word was used 9 times by Nada. She dropped the comb on the floor & put it right back in the hair. Not once after cutting other clients hair was the floor even swept. Victor- I am in law enforcement and would never not pay for a service. You need to train your girls in color & cleanliness

My friend & I decided to give this place a shot as they had good reviews & were able to get us both in same day for colors with highlights. We both went in knowing what we wanted: she wanted red with blonde chunky highlights. I requested blonde with a darker auburn foiled in-showing a little more red than in the picture shown. We both showed pictures of what we were wanting (knowing they may not be able to do exactly as picture, but gave a good visual of desired look), yet neither of us got what

If you are looking for a new hairdresser like I was, please consider going to Rosa's Salon. I called for an appointment and Maribel trimmed my hair. I'm so happy with her work. She knew what was wrong with my last cut, and she showed me a few books which we looked at together. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

I've never had a "bad" haircut here, and I've been going here for quite some time. I always end up liking whatever the cutters do - which is a tall order for them because I almost never know what exactly I'm looking for (I'm a man, so ya..)
Still, they always seem to get the ideas I try to convey. Prices are reasonable too. Location is also super convenient.
All and all, I like this place. Would be nice if they were open later (I'm a night shift guy so I don't wake up till late at night), but that's more my personal situation.

If there is one thing, besides a haircut of course, that I want when I go to a barber shop or salon it's to feel comfortable. This place is nice, clean, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. When my kids need a hair cut for school or special occasions this is always my go to place. They also give a great price to Veterans who have their ID with them. Overall I am satisfied with every experience at Rosa's Salon.
