This manicure includes polish removal, trimming, filling, buffing and cuticle care of the nails. An exfoliation treatment and light massage follow concludes with or with cut polish, for the look that you prefer. A Combination of 21 herbs creates an optional environment for a soothing and relaxing bathing experience while conditioning and nurturing the skin.

I have been going to this shop off and on for a few years and have never written a review. I went today for a mani-pedi and was very pleased. I was actually the only one there besides the staff (1pm) and got lots of attention and the women did a great job. Also the entire shop has been repainted and outfitted with new chairs and work tables. Everyone wore masks all in all a good experience.

My first visit here was great. Had a sweet attentive pedicurist who made me feel welcome and did a great job. Today was a very different experience. The boss/manager was rude from the moment I walked in the door. She was impatient that I didn't have an appointment, didn't have a person in mind to give me a pedicure, was impatient about my use of the nail color book, and barked at me to stand by the door. Wendy did an awesome job on my nails. I came in for a gel fill and this was my first visit. I came in with my nails looking a hot mess from another nail salon and she fixed them. They’re beautiful! I am new to wearing short nails and didn’t think that they could actually look good short. I will definitely be back.

While visiting mom, I wanted to treat her to a Manicure. As we walked down First Street, I stopped in to Tip & Toes. They were kind enough to give us an appointment for later in the afternoon. After 15 months of not having a manicure, my hands were a mess! Our technicians did an awesome job! Next time I'm in town, I will bring mom and we'll get a Manicure & Pedicure!

Then after I got there decided I wanted my nails done but I was just going to make an appointment then she said if you have time I can do them now. Called and left a message before the business opened. They returned my call promptly after opening and were able to see myself and a girl friend right away.
We were very happy with our pedicures. My girl friend got a gel pedi, I just got a basic pedi. I really liked how she cut my nails and the overall pedicure. I did not get any polish this time. The massage chair was very comfortable.
I'll definitely come back here and check out a manicure.

Horrible never go there! I went there yesterday to get a fill my regular nail salon was busy so I went to Tips and Toes instead. The lady was really rough on my nails which made them hurt while she worked on them. She was rude, and didn't want to listen to what I wanted. I felt like getting up and walking out at one point, I didn't like the turn out at all. What's worse is once I got home my fingers hurt, throbbed like they were burnt. I will not be coming back here. I scheduled an appointment for 6, for me and my bridesmaids the day before my wedding. I called to tell them we were running late, and some of my girls were even later to arrive. But I did give them a heads up. They kept pressuring me to get gel instead of regular maicure/pedicure. Whenever we said just the regular they told us it'll chip. said I just have to get through the next day and after that it doesn't matter cuz I'll be on my honeymoon.

We arrived a bit early and waited to go in until 930a. We stood around for a bit while everyone was getting set up, and finally someone directed us to check in on this device by the wax room. I checked in, and was sat within a couple of minutes.
My technician was nice enough, tried to converse with me a bit. She took her time, and really focused on my cuticles which still have dead skin on them. My nails are unevenly painted, bumpy

Cut my toe very badly and it bled for the rest of the pedicure, the lady then painted over my blood making it look uneven and awful and I couldn't get the blood off without removing the polish too, they also put the wrong polish on my toes. She painted over my cuticles and on my skin for both my toes and fingers and the gel on my fingernails was extremely uneven. Extremely unhappy to say the least.

Definitely not coming back. This is my 3rd time here and each time I hoped that I just got the wrong person and that there's someone good here. Maybe there is but haven't gotten that person for my last 3 visits. Crooked and not painted well are the toenails I leave with. Kinda upset that I have to pay for this.

I just started coming to Tips and Toes 1 after leaving another salon after 5 years. I'm very picky about my nails, very particular and I know what I like and don't like. I walked in after being referred to Tips and Toes 1 by my sister in law. I got put with Linda, who was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I said and she did exactly what I asked for. She didn't question me (which you get a lot of in the nail industry) and I changed my mind a couple times and she just went with it. Came here from out of town and had a great experience! My sister and I walked in and they had space for her pedicure and my manicure. I needed to get a set of nails taken off from earlier, as they were super super horrible (different salon).
Not only did Lee (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong) do a wonderful job with my nails, as she also took off the horrible polish/powder from the last salon. It was a long process but she was somehow able to salvage my nails.

I am from out of town and my sister treated our toes and hands to beautiful pedicures and manicures. I had Tommy and she had Selena. Both were kind, caring and excelled at their job. Tommy said he had only been working there for about a year; but he is SOOO good at it!! I had a friend (once upon a day ago) do the added painted strip with her French tip nails; so I did the same thing and made it teal. The service in this nail salon is great after a change in ownership! They're so welcoming and nice. The place is clean and spacious with a lot of mani and pedi stations! They really take the time to do your nails to make sure it's 100%. I enjoyed my experience here, I had acrylics done with gel and it was absolutely beautiful and stunning! The materials they use are very high quality and strong too! Clean place! I love it! I had Miss Ha do my nails!

This is the salon I go to most often in Livermore, and pretty much every time I get a good experience. I've never encountered a rude employee here and have always liked how my nails turned out. Terrible customer service, second time going there. Not impressed either time. This time, I went with my 6 year old daughter who was having her first pedicure. When I told them, they had no reaction (like who cares). When my daughter asked to have two colors alternating, the person helping her tried to talk her out of it. He finally did it, but he had a bad attitude about it.
I was also not impressed that they put a menu on my lap with the first pedicure starting at $35. When I asked which was the regular pedicure, she said they have a $27 one not on the menu. To me, this is deceitful business
