This place is the worst. I've made to attempts at getting my nails done at this shop, for convenience , It's located below where I live. All I can say, is that it's the worst and when I had gone back the next day to have them touch up my messy pedicure and fix a nail that the gel polish peel off of, and It's my under standing it should last for at least 2 weeks. It's been only 1 week and my nails are trash. Also, when I had gone back for my nails and toe nails to be fixed, in0stead of the owner apologizing she tried to make it as if it was my fault. My first time going was a great experience. I received a gel manicure (the simple kind, not powder). I came back because I wanted to remove my gel nails in a way that didn't harm my nails, and I was not pleased. They began by ripping off my top layer and using an acrylic nail to separate the gel from my nail and if it did not come off, they clipped it down and kept wedging the acrylic between my nail and the gel. Worst prices ever for something that i couldve done at home.
I told her what i wanted and she did the bare minimum. $45 to soak ur feet in water do a small amount of scrubbing and massage throw some oil and a hot towel on it and thats it. Worst place to go to if u want a good pedicure. Shouldve been 25 maybe 30

This place is extremely clean and I liked how calm it was. Mary did my nails and she was super quick and nice as well as the woman who did my pedicure. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because they are extremely expensive. I got a deluxe spa pedicure and a full set with gel nail polish and it some how came out to $105 BEFORE tip. I wouldn't expect a gel nails sets to cost $65. Other than that I'd say this is a wonderful place

Visited this nail salon because I needed a place that closed later than 7pm since I work until 6. Every other place is very unfriendly when I make my appointments late and Luxor nails was so friendly and welcoming! The staff was very nice, and my bails came out very nice! The only thing I would say needs improvement is the look of the place, maybe upgrades but other than that great service!!

Super nice owner. Always pleasant but the quality of the gel fills leaves a lot to be desired. Color chipped off hours after leaving the salon and within a week one nail lifted and another chipped. I had to get my nails completely redone after just one week. I question wether they used a real gel product on my nails as that has never happened before. I am unable to recommend this salon. The quest continues.

I got a acrylic gel mani/ gel pedi and I had pleasant conversation and did have a relaxing experience. The star deductions are just from what happened after the fact. I must admit, they did it slightly different compared to usual so I should have suspected that may be an issue.
First, the glue from one of my nails broke off after 3 days. I couldn't believe it. Right before a trip too-- so I couldn't get them fixed. I had to come in about a week later. They excused it saying that it was because my nail bed was small and honestly, I've always

This was my second time here, and I had a fantastic experience! Got a gel mani and a deluxe pedi. Both gals who did my nails were great. My cuticles grow very quickly, and they both really took their time to make sure everything was cleaned up. The deluxe pedi was worth it for the added massage and products. I'm told my gel nails will last 3 weeks, so I'll add an update then to report how it went.
