I had requested a specific person for my mani pedi at least a week and half before my appointment, but when I got there I was informed that the lady I requested had to perform some sort of new “gel” technique and she was the only person who could do that even though I had requested her. She told me that even if I requested a technician while booking online, another request must be made in the comment box. This was not specified on the site. I would have understood if that person couldn’t do it because they weren’t able to come in that day. But giving a vague reason that they could change

First time, I loved it!! I am so happy with with the attention to detail everyone that worked there provided to all the customers. David was very hospitable. Very bright, positive and relaxing atmosphere. They checked your temp and had you put on hand sanitizer before being seated. When Kim started on my nails, I noticed a little mistake on the nail polish on one of my toes and told her and she fixed it and made sure everything else was OK on the other toes. We were in at the given time and there was no wait at all. Interiors is so beautiful and fresh and has a lot of natural light. I had the best service experience with all the necessary Covid protection! The staff is friendly and really helped me pick my colors well. Work is beat and clean and with no rush! It was a pleasant experience.

Relocated to the East Bay from Toronto and I'm so glad to have finally found my new, go-to nail spot 💖
The nail tech went over and above, basically rebuilding my gel overlays and then giving me a beautiful manicure!
I have to mention: this shop is GORGEOUS! Every little detail is considered, down to the gem-shaped purse hangers at each station.
Can't wait for my next appointment! ✨
