Onestly worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I called ahead to inquire about a software fix and they said to come in and there was no problem. I took my lunch time to come in only to be told they couldn't do anything for me because the system was down all day and nobody told me that. Then someone attempted to "help" me and do some sort of software install. I waited a while and no one would update me so... I had to ask again. The attitude of the first associate I talked to was just plain rude and not at all concerned about customers.

Mohammad is the best!!! I called around different places and he had the best prices in town! I brought my laptop to him on Tuesday, expecting the fix to take a week, and he had it fixed the same day!! I only got it back on Wednesday because I couldn’t be back in time before he closed! Seriously the best. Very knowledgeable and kind. Go to him for everything!!

First of all, I have had bad experiences with other local computer repair businesses, so I was hesitant to try Champion. I was pleasantly surprised this time! Mohammed was professional, kind, and finished my repair on my son's laptop much sooner than he had quoted. The repair is flawless and I couldn't be more pleased. This guy is great and he knows what he is doing. Give him a try - you won't be disappointed.

My laptop had a broken screen, so I first took it to The Geek Squad. They told me they couldn’t even give me a quote without shipping it off to their repair center, but the guy said I’d be better off just buying a new laptop. So I got in my car and looked up “computer repair” on Google Maps, and the only place nearby that was still open was Champion Computers (it was about 6:00 pm on a Saturday). So I brought it in and Mohammad told me it would be about $250 to repair because I needed a 17” screen, and that he’d have it done sometime next week. I thought that seemed fair (especially

I highly recommend Champion. Mohammad was so friendly, and patient with me. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He repaired my laptop the same day I dropped it off. I had an excellent experience at Champion Computers & Cell Phones Repairs. Thanks to Mohammad, I got my laptop fixed and updated the same day I dropped it off! Not only was he quick but was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the problem I had. This shop has repeatedly exceeded any and all expectations! My first experience 2 years ago was when I had a serious virus and had been told I would have to trash my computer. Sam, with Champion Computers in North Richland Hills, was able to remove the virus and save all my data within a few days! Since that time I have taken other computers in and they have always repaired them quickly and for a very reasonable price.
